Located in Berryville, Arkansas, Economy Drug has been servicing the local community for over 35 years. Our pharmacy is staffed with three friendly full time pharmacists, four pharmacy technicians and three clerks.

In addition, Economy Drug provides the convenience of local courier home-delivery, and /or delivery by US Mail or UPS. If there is a need to consult our pharmacy staff, we are available to you at the pharmacy Monday through Saturday or by e-mail seven days a week.

Compounding Center of the Ozarks

We specialize in compounding prescriptions ordered by your physician. We also do Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy also called BHRT, call and make an appointment with us today. Medicare Approved

We are accredited by medicare and can bill DME supplies including blood glucose meters, diabetic testing strips, lancets, and control solution. We can also bill for nebulizers, albuterol solutions, budesonide and many other breathing treatments. We can also bill medicare for many of the available vaccines such as flu shots, pneumonia, and zostavax.

Vaccinations

We have pharmacists on staff licensed to administer vaccines. We truly are your vaccination headquarters for many of the vaccines available in the marketplace including the influenza, pneumovax, zostavax, gardasil, pertussis, and many more. We are set up to bill medicare part B and most major insurances for these vaccines, so please call us today and make an appointment to get your vaccinations.

Meet Our Team

Gabe Roy

Pharmacist/Owner

Gabe grew up and went to high school in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He eventually attended UAFS (Westark) in Fort Smith, Arkansas from 1995-98 where he received his pre-pharmacy requirements and associate's degree. While attending he worked at Sunnymede Pharmacy as a clerk and then pharmacy technician at Lee Pharmacy in fort Smith. Gabe then received his doctorate of pharmacy from UAMS in 2004. While attending pharmacy school he worked at Custom Compounding Center in Little Rock, Arkansas where he made medications under a pharmacist's supervision. He now specializes in both sterile and non-sterile compounding as one of the owners of his very own pharmacy, Economy Drug. After graduating pharmacy school he relocated to Fayetteville, Arkansas where he worked for Collier Drug as a retail pharmacist and then managed their compounding before becoming pharmacy manager of Target Pharmacy in Rogers, Arkansas in 2010. In 2015 he became co-owner of Economy Drug. Gabe currently has a wife and 3 kids named: April, Maci, Abby, and Eli. They enjoy playing sports like volleyball, softball, and basketball. Gabe enjoys fishing, racing, the razorbacks, and old antique cars in his spare time.

Spencer Mabry

Pharmacist/Owner

Spencer attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville from 1993-1997. He then enrolled in UAMS where he graduated with a Doctorate of pharmacy in 2001. Upon completion, he moved to Springdale, AR and went to work as a pharmacist at Harps Pharmacy. In 2008 he and his family moved to Berryville, where they reside today. He and his wife Amelia have two boys who attend Berryville Schools. Spencer enjoys fishing and hiking in the Ozarks. He also loves the Razorbacks. Go Hogs!

Kevin Hampton Pharm.D.

Pharmacist

Kevin grew up in Northwest Arkansas and attended Springdale high school. After graduation from high school, he attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville from 2012 to 2016 and subsequently enrolled in pharmacy school at UAMS in Little Rock upon completion of his bachelor’s in animal science. After earning his Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2020, he did an inpatient pharmacy residency at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, TX. Kevin loves working for his family’s business, Hampton Pro Rodeo, providing livestock for rodeos sanctioned by the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. He is also an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma City Thunder.
